Much better today, and luckily without needing to visit a doctor’s office. Back on Monday with a Handy Dandy Guide.

Also: cojita cheese, Canadian bacon, and apple quesadillas make a surprisingly good “oh shit, I have very little in the fridge” lunch. Not something I’d make for company, but it hit the spot and I didn’t have to go grocery shopping to make it so I’m pretty thrilled.
